Ingredients:
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons of hot pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary (fresh would be better though)
- lemon juice
- sea salt
Preparation:
1.Rinse and then dry the meat. Peel the garlic, crush it in a garlic press and mix with all-purpose seasoning, pepper flakes, lemon juice, rosemary and honey.
2.When this marinade is ready, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and stir again.
3.Brush the chicken drumsticks with marinade mix. Then allow to sit for an hour in the fridge.
4.Transfer the marinated drumsticks to a greased casserole dish. Preheat the oven to 428 F degrees and bake the drumsticks for 10 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 356 F and bake for another 35 minutes.
5. Serve with baked potatoes, coleslaw or any other favorite sides.
